Generally bounded by McDowell Road, Fillmore Street, Central Avenue and Seventh Avenue. District was originally listed on the Phoenix Historic Property Register 9/86, with boundary adjustments in ''86, ''91 and ''97. Period of Significance: 1895-1930.
