The Garfield Historic District

Generally bounded by Roosevelt, Van Buren, Seventh and 16th streets. District was originally listed on the Phoenix Historic Property Register 4/89 (as Victoria Place Historic District); 12/01 (as Dennis Addition Historic District); 12/02 (as Garfield Place Historic District); with district consolidation, expansion and name change 2/05. Period of Significance: 1883-1942.
